		<description>I think that houses are being stripped of more expensive metal such as copper (which would arguably be in better condition than rusted iron or some sort of metal compound. Either way, I like your grant proposal project and found this post to be beautifully written.</description>

		<description>I think the metal is better used in local settings, since no one can afford to drive or gas up to get to the rural locales. Hence the problem of the kibble.
