The work flow can change depending on which Regional EDA Office you&#039;re interacting with: I&#039;ve project managed some EDA applications where the Regional Office and Director ran the show and the EDR was ancillary.  We presented DIRECTLY to the Regional Office and skipped the EDR entirely.  Now that I&#039;m back on the east coast, however, the process is entirely dependent on the EDR because that&#039;s how EDA Region I works.
