I submitted a grant to the National Endowment for the Arts this March and went through the harrowing process, submitted 24 hours in advance and was finally accepted after three errors which were delivered within 2 hours, thankfully. The Monday deadline makes no sense. However, when I registered initially, I was unable to send anything because I did not use Internet Explorer (I am MAC , Firefox.Safari) After I downloaded Internet Ex. for MAC, everything worked and was received. The tech person walked me through this process and averted a total meltdown. She was very patient. But the whole process seemed unnecessarily clunky. We did make it in on time and are in the system. Now, as long as the work samples sent by Fed Ex made it, we are golden. Thanks for your revelations.
